• Feedback Reports: Talent Accelerator provides the individual and their coach with an electronic copy of their assessment summary report.
• Development Planning "Wizard"/ Teaching: Our development "wizard" will walk the individual through their 360 report and provide a structured process to allow them to focus on those behaviours that are most important.
• Development Resource Library/ Educating: The Talent Accelerator resource library provides a comprehensive and continuously updated source of readings, blogs, websites, podcasts, media, and suggestions to facilitate the individual's development, which are mapped to the specific assessment tool.
• Development Suggestions: For each 360 tool, specific developmental suggestions or tips are provided for the individual to try on the job to enhance their effectiveness.
• Automated Reminders/Monitoring: Talent Accelerator allows the individual to select how often they want the system to send them reminders about due dates on their development plan. Nominated coaches will also have the option of receiving daily emails summarising development plan updates for their coachees.
• Development Journal/ Promoting Insight: Talent Accelerator provides an opportunity for inidividuals to maintain a confidential journal to reflect on their reactions and feelings about their developmental journey.
• Review: HR and line managers have access to each participant's development plans as they are created and updated. You will be able to monitor their progress and add comments.
