The Brief

Danone were looking to commission a customised 360 degree feedback programme for their senior leaders across their Medical and Baby departments, to raise self awareness, target development with maximum impact and invite feedback from both internal and external colleagues.

What we did

t-three began by working with Danone to develop a customised 360 degree questionnaire from their organisational competencies, developing underpinning behaviours for each of their competencies. Core to developing these was the identification of the key, high-leverage behaviours that, if leaders did them frequently, would lead to maximum business success for the organisation. It was also paramount that each question was clear, concise and in plain English.

This resulted in a focused 360 questionnaire which not only measured and embedded Danone's critical success behaviours but also ensured rapid completion and therefore robust samples for everyone's 360s.

We also developed a customised 360 degree feedback system fully branded to Danone and a highly visual and user friendly 360 degree report.

The 360 programme was rolled out to 100 senior leaders with great success and completion rates. t-three's 360 project management team administered the assessments from start to finish, including providing a helpdesk for any participant and rater enquiries, and generating the reports for Danone who fed back the reports in house.
