t-three is set up and prepared to manage all aspects of the 360 degree process. Our 360° project management team are trained and ready to:

Communicate directly with the participant
Handle any queries from the 360° participants
Act as a sole point of contact to handle all queries
Chase up participants to nominate
Chase up participants to complete
Chase up raters to complete
Ensure minimum response levels are achieved
Return the completed printed reports

Ensure participants nominate before the deadline
Ensure that participants complete their questionnaire before the deadline
