360 Degree Feedback

In order to ensure internal personnel feel competent and confident around the feedback of the 360 degree report, we are able to run a one to two day programme (depending on level of experience) which transfers this capability.  A programme outline would typically include:

• Principles of 360 degree assessment
• Analysis of report and its underpinning methodologies and mechanisms
• Conducting a 360 degree feedback session

  • handling positive and negative messages
• Lining to personal development plans/appraisals and using GROW and SMARTER models
