Facet5 helps us understand how best to do this by allowing comparisons to be made between the working styles of two or more people. Such comparisons highlight the similarities and differences between individuals, allowing for a better understanding and appreciation of differing styles and thus facilitating the development of strategies for building effective working relationships.
Facet’s Team Development module, TeamScape, overlays and combines the profiles of members to provide insight into the team’s dynamics, modes of working together, likely conflicts, and particular strengths. Dysfunction within teams can be a major barrier to effectiveness and productivity, and TeamScape has proved very successful in building relationships and uncovering the causes of conflict.
